• Conduct mock interviews

• Collect Interview Evaluation Sheets to review with students during mentoring session

Character Talk: Self Knowledge

• To encourage students to view high school and its accompanying activities as an important time to grow in self-knowledge.

• To identify regular opportunities for improving self-knowledge and encourage their earnest pursuit (i.e. college application process, mentoring, spiritual guidance, and true friendships). 

Out-of-class work

• Discuss and complete mentor worksheet.

• Finalize your summer plans before the next mentoring session.

• Continue researching possible colleges as time permits, and to attend at least one college fair if your school hosts any.
